We charge a closed-to-the-public rental fee of $150 per 4 hours between 6pm-10pm.
Any hours past 10pm are an additional $75/hr.
In addition to the rental fee, there is a $250 drink minimum per event.
A sound system can be provided for an additional $300 for indoor events and $500 for outdoor events
DJ equipment (XDJ-1000’s + DJ Mixer) is available at an additional $100/event.
